Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ConfirmFlow WhatsApp application for Shopify stores.

1. Service Description

ConfirmFlow sends merchant-configured order confirmation and fulfillment messages through a WhatsApp account paired by the merchant. The merchant is responsible for message content, recipient consent, and compliance with WhatsApp and applicable communications regulations.

2. Subscription & Billing

The service costs $3 USD every 30 days following a 7-day free trial. All charges, approvals, cancellations, and billing records are managed through Shopify's secure GraphQL Billing API. Uninstalling the app cancels future renewals according to Shopify's billing rules.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for spam, unlawful content, deceptive messages, or activity that violates Shopify or WhatsApp policies. Access may be suspended to protect recipients or service reliability.

4. Service Availability

We work to maintain high availability, but message delivery relies on Shopify, WhatsApp servers, the merchant's connected device, and recipient network connectivity.
