Open WhatsApp on your phone > Linked Devices, remove any stale ConfirmFlow session, then click Force Reset QR in your ConfirmFlow Shopify dashboard and scan the fresh QR code.
✉️Message Delivery Check
Ensure the dashboard shows Connected, that the customer's phone number includes a valid country code (e.g. 923001234567), and verify message activity in the Order Logs & Activity tab.
💳Subscription & Cancellation
ConfirmFlow subscriptions are managed securely via Shopify Billing. You can upgrade, pause, or cancel anytime directly in your Shopify Store Admin.
