QR Code connection is best if your orders are under 15 per day (zero per-message fees). If you have more than 15 orders per day (15+), we suggest using the Official API (Meta Cloud API or WASender) for high-volume delivery reliability.
How does pricing work for QR and Official APIs?+
ConfirmFlow costs $5/month for Managed QR, Meta Cloud API, or WASender Official. Managed QR has no ConfirmFlow per-message fee; Meta or provider message charges apply separately to official routes. All subscriptions are approved and managed through Shopify billing.
What happens when a customer confirms or cancels?+
ConfirmFlow records the reply, sends the configured response, and updates the Shopify order with the appropriate confirmation or cancellation state.
When is the dispatch message sent?+
When an order is fulfilled in Shopify, ConfirmFlow receives the fulfilment event and sends the dispatch message with the available courier, tracking number, and tracking link.
What does the customer tracking page include?+
It can show store branding, order status, delivery progress, product images, variants, custom properties, destination, courier information, tracking history, and an official courier link when available.
Can I resend a confirmation request?+
Yes. Pending orders can be filtered in the app and the confirmation message can be sent again with one click.
